The Family Connections Luxury Suite with Nanny Service is available in 20 family suites and includes special amenities, including a welcome treat for the kids, a kids' concierge, priority access to the kid's club, and three hours of free private nanny service each day for children 2 to 17. Located in Sunrise, family suites feature Xbox players and games, DVDs on request, special room service menu for kids, kid-sized bathrobes and slippers, and a Fun in the Sun Bucket amenity. These suites accommodate up to six with connecting rooms with a king bed for parents and two double beds in the second connecting room. Standard two-bedroom suites feature golf course views and provide a golf cart for personal use to get around the resort. The most secluded and luxurious area of the resort is Moon Grand, which is open to both couples and families. Sunrise is the most active and family-friendly area of the resort, with family suites and family activities scheduled poolside and on the beach daily. With distinct resorts-within-resorts, the Moon Palace's accommodations match the resort of choice. Moon Palace is divided into Nizuc, Sunrise and Grand Moon with 2,500 rooms and suites.
